Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with On Yer Bike. We aim to get your order to you as quickly and securely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that we do not ship or deliver orders on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days.
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days.
  • Bike Delivery: For motorcycle purchases, we use a specialist two-wheel delivery service to ensure your bike arrives in perfect condition. Delivery times and costs for motorcycles are quoted individually based on your location.

Local Pickup
Avoid shipping fees by choosing Local Pickup at checkout. After placing your order and selecting local pickup, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 24 hours (excluding Sundays). We will send you an email when your order is ready.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times for international orders will be calculated at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
On Yer Bike is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Order Tracking & Delivery
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages
On Yer Bike is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and notify us at clothing@onyerbike.net within 48 hours of receipt so we can assist where possible.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
