Refund policy

At On Yer Bike, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it.
• Unworn or unused, with all original tags and labels attached.
• In its original packaging.
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please Note: Multiple returns of items (including clothing) or returns of non-faulty items/bicycles will be subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover inspection and repackaging costs.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at clothing@onyerbike.net.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or delivered in error. We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service, as you remain responsible for the goods until they are received by us.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. In the event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us at clothing@onyerbike.net within 48 hours of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect to facilitate the process.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

• Custom or Special Orders: Including bikes specially ordered from a supplier (cancellation fees may apply).
• Personal Care & Safety: For safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on Helmets unless faulty.
• Hazardous Materials: We cannot accept returns for flammable liquids or gases.
• Media: DVDs, books, and software are non-returnable unless defective.
• Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, provided the item meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that for items purchased via finance, we may only be able to offer an exchange or store credit.
